My dh is on a big job interview. This job would change our lives for the much better. I'm a nervous wreck.

We found out I was pregnant with baby #3 in January, shortly after dh started a new job.
In the middle of February my dh fell down the steps and fractured his ankle. That same night our ds (4) was diagnosed a type1 diabetic. Dh had to miss a day of work bc he couldn't drive and had to go to diabetic training classes so ds could come home. Well the new job fired him. We weren't sure why and then found out, from a co worker who lives by us that we raised the insurance a lot.
So dh was unemployed, no insurance, with a diabetic wife and son and a baby on the way.
We were able to get ds and dd a medical card which covered all ds diabetic supplies and hospital bills.
In March dh found a job. It pays nothing. We barely have enough money to make it pay check to pay check. We have nothing extra. We do have insurance, its awful but it covers me so I won't have a pre exhisting condition when we do get good insurance.
Well, dh graduated college in May with a degree in IT. He went on an interview, that lasted 2 hours last week, Tuesday. They offered him.the job but as a temporary position. He had to decline and told them he would love tbe job but had a family to take care of and couldn't take a temporary position and risk not having a job.
The company said they were hoping to make the job a full time position in 2-3 weeks. Well, Friday dh called to follow up about the interview and was told tjey made it a full time position. He was advised to apply right away. So he did.
Monday they called to see if he was interested in going to the next step. He said yes.
Tuesday they called to set up the panel interview. Which is today. It's going on right now. He has a panel interview and then a 1 on1 interview with the HR manager.

This job would more than double dh current pay. We would get full benefits plus 2 weeks paid vacation. It's a dream job.

I'm sick to my stomach. I'm waiting for him to call. I know we most likely won't hear anything today about whether or not he gets the job, but at least I'll know how dh thinks it went.

Sorry so long. I have no one to talk to and I'm going crazy waiting. So, what are you doing today? What's on your mind?
