Pain.. To call the doctor or not to call

I had a hysterctomy the last week in February. At my 8week postoperative checkup, I had some complications, but I was given the okay to resume normal activities. Since then, sex has hurt. More specifically, orgasms. I used to be able to have multiple orgasms. Now, I'm lucky to get one before the pain starts. It feels like I'm being stabbed on the inside. I figured it would get easier, but it hasn't.

Is this something I should call about?

I miss good sex. My poor husband feels guilty. :(

Call. It can't hurt to call. You won't be bothering anyone if you call, you'll just be making sure that you do or don't need to be checked.
