Changing his sleep patterns at 15 months PIOG

DS has recently changed his sleep pattern and I feel like I'm going crazy. He used to be like clock work ,asleep by 930 pm ,last bottle between 1030 and 1100 then right back to sleep ( sometimes he skips this ) ,then he will sleep until between 7-8 am. So an average night of sleep is 10 hours for him with about 2 hours of naps during the day.

That has been his routine for at least 6 months . Then comes summer time ,less dark hours in the day ,while he still usually is asleep by 930-10 and usually takes his last bottle them goes right back to sleep ,he is awake by 545-630 every day. And he's not making up for it by napping any more than his usual 2 hours. This makes for a cranky baby by 445-530 pm every day and a mama who desperately needs more than 5-6 hours of sleep to accomplish our busy days.

Things that have changed or happend in the last 6 weeks : Three new teeth Less dark hours One inch growth spurt I moved out of his bedroom and into my own Allergies

I'm at a loss on how he functions all day since he is constantly moving his entire body . I'm exhausted and can not wait for this to resolve. He will be 15 months on the 4th of July.

Side note that may be helpful to your replies :

He has special needs and lots of delays ,does not sit ,stand ,crawl ,walk ,hold his own bottle ,self feed ,he can roll onto his belly if the angle is right ,he has very little self soothing capabilities ,he has visual impairments and is non verbal aside from squeals and giggles and the oooooo sound.

Any advice on helping his sleep patterns go back to normal and a healthy amount of sleep for us both ? And have you experienced a change in sleep around this age ? Thank you mama's !
