keeping a 5 yo up all night... any ideas? edit

Can anyone help me with ideas to keep a 5 yo up from 230 am on quietly??

for those who don't read replies :)

I don't understand why the WHY is so important when all I asked was for ideas to quietly keep her up. Im not a bad mom who just likes to deprive her child of sleep-common sense would say I wouldn't be publicly asking on the internet if. I was just doing it to be mean to my pour child.

While I DID mention to slingshot my csection (because I may be a little nuts doing this.the.day before I have a new baby, but mainly because shes interested in whats going on in my pregnancy), this has NOTHING to with the csection... As ive mentioned a few times.

For those who have tried to help, without automatically judging me, THANK YOU!! We will be trying pretty much all of those!!

And for the record, its for a medical appt! Not that I shoulf of had to explain myself

she could be doing it because her daughter could have some kind of test in the morning. like an EEG for example, they made me put my son to bed 4 hours late and wake him up 4 hours early so that he would be tired for his test. they needed him to  fall asleep during part of it.

Coloring? Board games with extra rules about noise? Watching movies on the computer with head phones? Crafts?

I can't think of anything quiet. Movies, but there's a good chance of nodding off.
