do you have a hard time admitting that your kids act like brats sometimes?
I see so many parents that sit there and make excuses for when their kids are just, acting like little brats! I know that my daughter is almost 2, and is developing that little bratty mentality and starting to act out from time to time, but I don't have a problem admitting that she does it. Right now shes currently stuck up my butt every second of the day, I have a feeling its the age, but its kinda annoying, and when I even go to the bathroom by myself she starts throwing fits. She acts like a brat! Now don't get me wrong, my daughter is a really good kid! I love her to death, she is my little BFF, but gees louise this terrible twos thing is gonna drive me up the wall! I know kids are kids and are going to do things like this sometimes, but I also know that all kids have a little bit of brat in them, that comes out from time to time!
Do you have a problem admitting that your child isn't perfect and can sometiems act like a brat?
my daughter is the same way, people in public are always telling me how good she is, which I am grateful that my kid acts good in public, but once were home, baby hulk comes out! lol

I can absolutely admit it! Lol my girl is generally a pretty good kid. My family always compliments how well behaved she is. But let me tell you does she have an attitude! She sure does now how to fool a crowd! Lol
I don't have a problem to admit my children have moments. Who even has a real definition of brat? My kids have their tough moments, but as their parent I have to handle it and break them of that moment and behavior. My dd is a drama queen and has an attitude sometimes. She is stubborn. Not all the time. I do break her of those attributes. Ds is very laid back , but can have his moments, once again it is about handling the behavior, not labeling it

When she is being a brat and starts to talk back I take her by the hand, get down on her lever and say "this behavior is unnacceptable, do you hear me!"
She usually quits whatever it is she was doing, listens and says "yes" all quiet and sweet.
Then I make her say sorry and give me a hug.
I will not tolerate disrespect at any age. And acting like a snotty little brat is not going to fly with me.
no ma'am! 39 weeks and 2 days as of today! shes really cozy in there i guess! or terrified of her big sister one! I keep hoping that one day soon these contractions will become hard and regular and she will just pop out! guess God wants me to learn some patience!
