So my son has been in the nicu almost 3 weeks now, and i have been pumping like crazy and all was well when my milk first came in but now it is as i have hit a drought...lol i am only getting maybe and ounce at the time and thats out of both breasts...i know my son needs this milk and they say every bit counts but i cant even pump enough for a full feed and im starting to get depressed:/ im almost ready to just give up, and of course df always has some smart comments when i pump because im not getting ad much as i was before :(

Mother's milk tea, Fenugreek and eating oatmeal a couple times a day helped boost my dwindling supply!

That seems to be an issue that i have, i am forgetting to eat and drink, and im doing my best to pump every two hours but depending on what is going on i forget or dont have time sometimes. and just like today, i didnt get much sleep last night and today i am just plain exhausted!!!

My new breast pump finally came in, i hope this makes a difference but my supply is building back up finally, i got almost 2 ounces this morning :)
