Has anyone been on Medicaid while pregnant and delivery? Did Medicaid cover everything?

I had it with dd. It covered everything but amnio test and I was in and out of the er the whole pregnancy. Dd still has it because dh and I are on our parents insurance. Dh 's insurance isn't good and my work doesn't offer insurance.

Really? I wanted to ask because we want another baby but would get behind if we had to pay a lot on the doctor/hospital bills. We will be getting on medicaid now that we lost our insurance. My son has been on it since a couple weeks after he was born. And it has covered everything for him. But wasn't sure how good it was on something like delivery

Yes maam!! I was on medicaid with DD and everything was completely covered!! I am almost 16 weeks pregnant now and lost my emp insurance, so I am in the process of medicaid again! :)

I'm pretty sure id be considered high risk if I had another baby. I had preclamsia with my son and still have high blood pressure. So I need to go to a obgyn for high risk. I hope I can find one that will take medicaid

Im on it now with my first and so far it has covered everything and ive had 2 trips to the er so far. Good luck mama!
