you mean baby legs? those are baby leg warmers - just google baby legs and you'll find them. I made my own by buying the $2 women's socks from Target, cutting off the feet, and sewing a quick stitch around the bottom.

If you mean actual leggings, they carry those everywhere.

Baby legs are awesome. I don't have any pictures of them mobile, but DS lived in them when he was about four months. They're awesome! Especially with cloth diapers so you can show off that fluffy bum.

Nope, but you can try baby stores. Babies r us, Osh kosh, childrens place, i dont know cant think of any.

I've bought them from boutiques on fb. There's also a tutorial on YouTube that shows you how to make them from socks. Super cute
