Portion control walking or jogging. Also keeping a food journal really helps ALOT!!

 is that you in you avatar? if so where is this weight being lost from, you look great. just start buying fruits and vegitables and lean meats instead of whatever you usually buy. you can make weights out of jugs of water lol. look up pirated p90x videos online.

ya thats me in the pic.i have alot of baby weight,i wanna loose 20 lbs and then ill be super happy :) my problem is over eating and not excercising like i should,but im ready for a change,does p90x work?

Walk a lot (like on a daily basis, just leave the car at home when doing errands within a mile or so from home) and eat healthier. When I feel like overeating, I try to stick to less crap, lol. I don't do "work outs", but staying active by walking everywhere everyday keeps my metabolism up the way that working out a couple times a week wouldn't.

Try myfitnesspal, its free and great for tracking both food intake and exercise. You can find some good quick workout ideas on pinterest that can all be done around the house when you have some free time.

It kicked my butt. It tones you up. Between the 30 day shred workout and changing what we ate I lost 30#. Would have been more but I I got pregnant and have gained back the 30#.
