Both my kiddos got shots today. Landon got his 2 year shots (1 in each leg). & August (4 yrs) had to get shots because she's starting preschool this month. She got 4 different shots!!! She just woke up burning up and her dad didn't send any meds with them, so I have to go in the morning to get their refills & a thermometer. Landon feels warm but he's not a hot a August is. He seems to be sleeping pretty well but I can't take my eyes off of him. I 1/4thed an adult Tylenol and crushed it up for August, but idk what I'll do for Landon if he wakes up before morning. This is bound to be a long night. Will y'all please say a prayer for my sweet babies. Thanks ladies.

You could try a cool cloth to the head or a luke warm bath. If they start shivering then the fever is high and needs meds asap, but most drs will allow a fever up to 102 to be unmedicated if the child isn't too uncomfortable. Praying for a smooth night!

My girls always get fevers after shots. For a whole day, they feel miserable. Hugs n kisses to your sweethearts, and I hope they feel better tomorrow.
