Do any other moms have a difficult time balancing work and home life?

Balancing both is really hard to do. Make priorities of things that have to be done and learn to let some stuff slide.

Nah. It's been easy since I quit sleeping. Now I have all the time in the world. ;)

Seriously it's very difficult. I work 12hr night shifts too. Impossible at times.

Very hard! I never realized when at home how much I actually got accomplished in a day...until I went back to work...I was also a newly single mother with 3 children under the age of 8...so I had no help what so ever...their father seemed to fall off the face of earth after we divorced...

Yes!!!  I feel like I wake up, get son ready, go to work, feed, bathe and clean son, put him to bed and by then I'm too tired to do anything!  I used to have hobbies...I used to have hobbies.  I feel like I've completely lost that part of myself.  I love being a mom, I just wish I could balance it all better.

 I absolutely agree with this.

I make the shedule for our month, put everything in my blackberry, I carry a notebook to remind me of everything and make sure I have a good support staff (huby and the nanny) it's hard but if you have a schedule you can stick to you start to feel like it's more manageable and that you are being successful at both.

I'm gonna be doing school, work and homelife this year. I work full-time already from 7a-3p. I will start school this coming monday and have to go mon-thurs for one class a night after work. And then I will come home to take care of my 6 yr old lol. It's gonna be hard but as long as we keep a schedule it will all be ok.

I have a 3yo daughter and a 1 yo son. Their dad and I both work full time. My day starts at 4:30 am with going to work and I normally don't get home that evening until after 6pm. With that being said, I just find that it's a very time crunching situation to fix a good dinner, give baths, clean up, do laundry and get everything ready all over again for the next day and be done by 9 pm. Then on my days off work I'm doing house work and errands all day long. So then I have this guilt that I'm always either at work or working at home so when am I supposed to have quality time with my babies?
