Ok, so my grandpa has agreed to assist me with the opening expenses for a small 'takeout style' restaurant. So, this post is kind of a market analysis, to see if there would be a demand for my idea.
Basically, I want to open a potato bar. My vision is this - somewhere you can stop and get a variety of potato products. An example of a menu item would be a baked potato. Then you can choose from a variety of toppings including butter, sour cream, bacon, cheese, onions, tomatoes, etc.
I also would do bbq baked potatoes (a potato topped with pulled pork, brisket, chicken & then whatever other toppings.)
I would also offer standard French fries, waffle fries, sweet potato fries, etc. Lastly, roasted potatoes in several varieties.
Prices would range from 1.50 (basic potato or FF) to around 7.00 which would include the meat products, toppings etc.
So, I welcome ANY thoughts, ideas, criticism, etc.
