Its official, I am starting hardcore dieting and exercising. My depression has made my weight spiral out of control, and I am ashamed of it. Yes I have gained 15lbs in the past few months out of pure depression, and today I finally said I had to make a change. I am not giving a good example to my kids at all right now, I need to snap out of it. Today I started working out with oldest DD and she loved it....but she said she's not joining my dieting lol.
Anyone else trying to get fit? What are you going to do?

I just had my son 8 weeks ago and I gained 42lbs that pregnancy. Now I'm trying to lose that weight badly. I feel like a Marshmellow( squishy). I have the TapOut XT(UFC)workout video and it's hardcore plus I'm counting my Calorie intake. I'm pumped to see results. Good Luck!!

I have been trying. Lost 15lbs so far! I haven't been exercising as much the last couple month though :/

Good for you!! I'm also trying to shed some pounds =] I've lost 27 pounds in 3 months, just from changing my diet and getting on a solid workout routine. I do P90x, as for my diet, I just eat healthy, watch my calorie intake, and got rid of most carbs. Allow yourself one "cheat day" a week too! Of course you don't want to go too crazy on cheat day lol, but having a day to eat something you've been craving really helps you stay on track the rest of the week =] Good luck!!!! You got this!!

I joined a gym cut the carbs, focus on lean proteins, and track my calories! I lost 120lbs so far. I still have 36 to lose to be where I want!

I want to lose maybe 10 lbs and tone up my mid section & arms but I'm not that motivated lol. They just built a new clubhouse for our base housing with a pool and a gym. I just need to go pick up a key and I will have 24 hr access to the gym. I will have no excuses then lol. I have been cutting back with my food portions though, and I notice my clothes are fitting differently so I think I've lost a few pounds already.

I've lost 11 pounds in six Weeks. Mostly diet. I'm slowly increasing my exercise load though.

I've lost 20lbs...not on purpose of course...once baby comes though dh and I are joining a gym and we've already started eating better...minus my crazy cravings lol

I have a gym membership. I also join the classes they offer. Yoga, zumba, dance, etc.
