I took my hpt and it came back really faintly positive on Monday :) I showed it to two friends and they confirmed I'm not crazy and it was definitely there just really light cuz at the time it was only 18 days past intercourse... I called my obgyn and because I've miscarried before they said come in immediately... My first test was so faint and I'd held my urine for nearly 24 hours before... I'm so worried it'll come back too faint and they'll do a blood test and I won't get the confirmation for a few more days... And I have no idea how they do all this cuz I wasn't far enough in with the miscarriage... My appointment is at 4... I couldn't get in til then cuz of work... I'm kinda freaking out... Any advice???

Most that they will do is confirm the pregnancy.

dont worry they usually do a vaginal ultrasound when you are less than 8 weeks along so they can see exactly how far you are and when due date would  be.

Just relax! They might do both tests if it is to faint. Just try your best not to stress and eveything will turn out ok! Good luck!good luck

Yeah, STOP STRESSING! Especially if you've had problems with miscarriages in the past.
