I'm 24 years old, and my boyfriend is 33.
People look at me weird when they find out how old he is and wonder why I want to date such an "older man".
Lol I don't see him as "old". 9 years older than me isn't old...
Now if he was like 50, I'd get it.
So, how old is too old? Is your husband much older than you? And how does it work out?

My hubby is 10 years older than me. I'm 20 and he's 30 going on 31. We work just fine and people ask me the same question

IMO if your man and your father would have attended high school during the same time frame than that is too old.

I'm 25 and he's 25. I see nothing wrong with it. I've consider dating someone older than me, but never got to it.

My husband is 7 years older than me, and we don't have any problems because of the age difference. Actually, we're very close and it feels like there is no age gap at all. When we first started dating, people thought it was weird too. But over time those people will realize that when you really love and respect each other, the age doesn't matter. We're committed to each other and we always will be.
[ happily married, expecting my first, a baby boy on 10/21/12! :) ]

My father was 7 years older than my mom. The were happily in love with each other until my dad died. They are both gone now.
My husband is 3 years younger than me and things are great!
