How do you cook your turkey??

I normally cook mine in a bag and it turns out amazing but idk if they make bags for 21 pound turkeys so I need a new way.. Lol

We inject it and deep fry it :)

I rub butter and olive oil all.over and put spices on it and cover it and cook then the last hour or so I roast uncovered.

I stuff herb butter under skin and rub skin with herbs and olive oil. Cover and took til last hour, then uncover.

Oh and I don't stuff with stuffing I put in two apples. My MIL shared that trick.with me. Makes it moist.

I might have to try that! I'm baking our turkey, unless a friend of ours is able to make it up here, he wants to bring his fryer so we can deep fry it.

they have huge bags... That's how I do mine. I'm off the hook this year though

Sometimes we fry it,sometimes we slow cook it.This year we're slow cooking it in the oven.Mmmm!

I prep stuffing with celery and apples and onions in it. I clean the bird butter the bird and cut slits in the skin to put butter under the skin. I then season. And stuffthe bird and bake covered untill the last hour all while basting it regularly

Inject with flavor and I coat the top with olive oil and seasonings for a crispy skin...
