It took 8 months I really didn't to anything who has time with a new baby

Bfing got me under my pre-pregnancy size and weight in 4 months. A month after that, size 0 pants were practically falling off me.

Im still fat 13 months later..lol After my 1st 2 i bounced back.. This time the weight just stayed.

Hot yoga! The ONLY thing that helped (even when I was breastfeeding). :-) I lost 20lbs in 2 months and it was a healthy easy way to do it plus I think it's fun. :-)

I am 6.5 mon pp
I'm doing shitty lol but it's me and them 24/7. I'm hoping when dd2 gets older and dh works less my ass will be at the gym
