Nope I'm from Virginia and live in a small town where hardly anything happens.

Im just outside Minneapolis. It's really a great area and not too expensive but the winters can be brutal

Im in Iowa..it's very rural but has pretty good schools and definitely all four seasons. There are several metro areas if you like cities and several large lakes with communities as well if you like the water front. One poster already talked about Minneapolis which is a place I have always thought was great also.

I am in CT and where I am is nice but there are a lot of cities with high crime rate, plus its expensive to live here.

If I could move anywhere in the north it would be Vermont, its beautiful there and not too expensive.

I live in the UP.  Houses run from cheap to expensive, but around here you definitely get what you pay for.

We have about 7 months of cold weather though.  It can snow from October to May.  But usually it rains through all of April and most of September and October.
