we went to court yesterday at 9am she did not show up until 30 min into the hearing(it took about 75min) the judge chewed her out good telling her that she is not fit to be a mother and has shown poor judgement skills with not only her care but also with her interest in the boys. the judge after reviewing the evidence from CPS,THE COPS, NEIGHBORS, FAMILY AND FRIENDS tpr'd her rights and awarded me full and permanent custody. so in short i and my husband in the eyes of the state of new york am their legal parents.
their names have also been changed
Sammy will now be known as : David Jacob
justice will now be known as: Adrian Jiavani

Just to clear up some apparent confusion the only part of their name that is actually changed is the first. i just added their middle names so that ya'll could see
I missed the backstory. How old are the kids. Who are they? And why did you change their names?

If she's a bad mother, that's great that you get custody. but why are you changing their names? Just out of curiosity, if they are older wouldn't they be wondering why they suddenly use a different name?
they are 1yr and 3yr and as far as changing their names it is to distance them from their birth mother and family(a whole different post)
