How do I know if my 3 year old is dehydrated? He's not potty-trained. He's had 2 wet (lightly) diapers today.
Drinking very little. Can't tell color in his pullup diapers
Quoting PeaceMuch:
Can you tell if it's darker than normal? Is he drinking anything?

He's been sick, but today he started refusing to drink much at all.
Quoting PeaceMuch:
Has it just been today? If it goes on a couple more days, call the doctor.

My son has a sensory disorder...he won't eat anything frozen (including ice cream).
Quoting erin708:
Will he eat an ice pop? That always seems to work for me.
I've been trying that.
Quoting TS9509:
Try to get your little one to drink pedialyte(sp?) or Gatorade. If he is dehydrated that will be good for him.
I'd get in liquids any way I could - foods with high water content count as well: http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/features/wonders-of-water
