He had his 15 month well check today and hes in the 25th percentile for weight but only the 3rd for height!!! The dr isnt worried but WOW!!!! Was any one elses baby like this?

You may have a shorty ..... As long as he is following his own curve, he is fine.  My dd was 50-75 for height but 3 % for weight until 4 years old.

Some kids are just smaller. Personally, I think the growth charts & percentiles are stupid. Everyone grows at a different rate.

Don't fret. I'm sure you have nothing to worry about. Has he always been on the small side?

My dd1 doesn't make it on the chart. She was in the 3% for weight once. She is just teeny tiny. She's 3 and just now fits in a 2t (pants are still a little big around her waste).
My ds stays around the 25 % for weight and 10-15% for height.
dd2 is a super chunk and hangs out in the 50%

Its fine. My son was HUGE and always in the 80-90th for height and weight. Now though hes in less than 10th for both.

Doc said he will eventually hit a growth spurt.

I wouldn't worry. My daughter is in like the 63% for weight but only like the first for height. Her dr isn't worried. He says she is just petite. :)
