Ok, this may offend some people, whether because what I'm talking about is super gross, or because you think the fact that my thinking its gross is offensive, but whatever. I had to share.
A friend of mine shared a story that a friend of hers posted on FB about "free bleeding". Basically when she has her period, she just bleeds anywhere and everywhere. No pads, tampons, cups, nothing. She talks about tips and tricks to minimize mess and stuff like that. Then discusses ways to use the dry blood afterwards. I'm sorry, but I am thoroughly disgusted! It's so unsanitary and unhygienic. I've never heard of it before, but apparently it's more common than I would have thought.
So what are your thoughts on free bleeding?

This.

Morbid curiousity. It's like watching a train wreck in slow motion. You just can't look away.

Quoting skyelyns_mommie:

Oh wow. I'm not going to lie I when I'm really light I've stared at the pad and thought 'do I have to?" but this is just too out there for me. Now I think I'll look up if nothing else I send it to my sister. ( placenta encapsulation grossed her out so bad she cried can just imagine the reaction for this.)

Quoting kattu:

What does she do with the blood? I've seen people paint with it. Yuck!

I like to think that I'm pretty natural as well.

There is a big difference between being natural and being unclean.

This post makes me want to go take yet another shower today.

Whatever floats your boat, but I won't do that.

I think I have a bigger problem that your 'friend' openly admits to "free bleeding" and is proud lol

This is disgusting. That is all.
