Boosting the immunity against diseases is the best way to stay fit and healthy.

Vitamin A does this for you. In addition to boosting up the immunity it also helps in healing process.

Daily intake of carrot is both good for the eyes and shooting up the immunity.

I need to eat a lot of carrots, I'm paranoid about getting sick!

A is actually one of the most dangerous to take alone in a supplement according to Dr. Fuhrman in his praised book eat to live. He shows studies and provides excellent research. But do eat carrots they're healthy, esp I add southwest ranch dip and the taste is excellent.
