I started a no soda journey three days ago. I am a soda addict but I am aware it's bad for you.
So, I've completely cut it out. It sucks because it's still in the house. It's tempting me, and I'm not giving in.
So, here's what's going on three days in:
I have a headache. My skin is breaking out. I am EXTREMELY irritable, and I'm constantly having to pee. I've been told by a reliable source that this will all go away soon.
My insides feel so much better, though. So that's a plus.
My skin is still broken out, apparently due to the detoxing that's going on. My headaches are better but I'm still irritable.
I did some working out yesterday and I am paying for it today. I still did a workout today but toned it down a lot.
All in all, I am feeling better. I'm thinking of keeping this post going for about a month. Maybe longer.
Day 5 started out okay. My skin is clearing up and my muscles are not as sore. I did my workout again, still toned down, but I'm going to up it a little tomorrow.
I do have a sore in my ear, which really freaking sucks.
