So as most of you know, after months and months of ttc I am finally pregnant! =)

When I had my dd I had an infant carseat and eventually transitioned to a booster seat.. My question is, what is a good(inexpensive) convertible carseat for me to buy that will last for as the baby gets bigger.

Congrats on your pregnancy! I'm also looking for a good convertible carseat right now!

Congrats on the pregnancy.  With my first child, I had a car seat was given to us by her great grandmother.  It was a three in one seat.  It was an infant seat turned around and then a toddler/booster seat facing forward.  Besides the fact that it was a beast to drag from car to car it was a good investment.  It is now my son's seat.  It is a Graco.

We bought two so each vehicle would have one. We bought a nice expensive graco one for my vehicle and a cheaper evenflo one for my husbands. We got what we paid for. The graco seat is so much better. Our daughter is three now and she likes the graco one better too!
