Ok I need advice ladies! My 3 yr old is pushing every boundary she can.. I have tried talking to her, taking toys away, putting her in time outs, and popping her behind but nothing has helped.
I will tell her "that is a nono" and ask her what that means to make sure she is understanding me and she will even tell me what will happen if she doesn't something she knows she's not supposed to but she will then turn around and do it anyway! I'm just at my wits ends trying to figure out how we can deal with this.

It's mostly a matter of time, really. Three year olds are defiant by nature.
