i am really going crazy here bcuz my son is sick...and this my first child and dont wnt to give him anything that going to hurt him can someone help.

The Vicks baby vapor rub works really well!! Just make sure you get the baby kind (smaller container with a pink lid) and don't put the adult kind on him cuz it's too strong!
