WTF!! am i the only one who thinks this is crazy?!?
no special needs.. i would never say something about anyhting special needs kids
My son is 3 and been out of diapers since 1 1/2 but it depends on the child because my nephews are a bit slower and they have a mom that doesn't help with them. So it just depends on the child and the parents.
Quoting ktinaza:Well it depends if they are special needs....otherwise its strange.
My first DD was potty trained around her 2nd Birthday. My youngest who is 3, and autistic probably won't be potty trained for another year or two.
I try really hard not to judge other parents. I certainly don't like when people judge me, especially when they don't know my life.
I said that I was going to have my ODS potty trained by the beginning of this year... didn't happen... he has been out of diapers since April 13th... and his 3rd birthday is April 30th. I tried doing it sooner but it wasn't happening. 4 seems too old.
4 seems a little old but everyone's situation in different. I had my son potty trained just a week before his 4th birthday.
Sometimes it is just finding a way to get them to realize when they have to go... which varies by child.
I wouldn't judge someone just because their child is still in diapers...looks are deceiving.
