How do you regain your composure and center yourself when the kiddies are acting up and the hubby is irritating the living hell out of you?

Please share. Every mommy has their own technique.

 I just leave the room and take some deep breaths.

I usually just end up taking it out on my husband (which is NOT the way it should go but it does make me feel better haha).

Yea unfortunately I do that too. It feels GREAT at the moment but then I just end up feeling guilty about it later.

I announce I am going to lay down for a few minutes... and lay on the bed with my face hidden in the pillows and cry. When I get angry or frustrated, I cry. After about 5-10 minutes, I regain my composure and come back.

I have a punching bag. I put on my pink boxing gloves, and punch the cheap out of my punching bag. Awesome stress reliever!

Just eat cake, or brownies, or cookies! And then go do some vigorous exercises to finish off ;)

I don't do that but it always crosses my mind haha
