I had my son in preschool last year. we just moved out of state and I just wanted some opinions on if I should send him to preschool or just keep him home with me I'm really torn on what would be better for him.

How did he do last year in preschool?  I think if he enjoyed it then, he will now plus he is a year older so more mature to spend that time away from home.   My dd wasnt able to go due to the costs of private preschools and did not realize our school district had a preschool set up for free.

I would send him...it would help him socialize with kids in the area and give you a chance to get to know some people around, too!

Send him if thats what he needs, socialising with other kids etc. If it can wait, why not, we grow up too fast. Personally keep em home till they are 4yrs+ best of luck

Preschool if he was in preschool shouldn't he be going to kindergarten? Or he didn't old enough yet?

If he enjoyed it send him. my son goes through therapies so he goes year round and loves it. complains when its a week day and doesnt go. Since hes had the social interaction other than play dates once a week hes made so much improvement. he has adjustment disorder but my five year old nephew doesnt and we saw improvement in his over all mood as well.

Oh okay thanks. I wasn't for sure. But I say if he enjoyed it last year I would let him go again. :) My daughter starts tomorrow. :)
