I doing my grocery shopping usually on Saturday for the following week. I try to shop by what's on sale. We do tend to have the same old stuff though.

Yeah I will probably end up going Sunday, we are so busy tomorrow. But Saturdays are our usual day too.

I plan for the week when I go shopping, its usually the same stuff with a little variation on how its cooked from week to week.  Chicken breast-each week, 1 baked, 2 tacos, 3 cutlets, 4 ceasar salad.  Chopped meat can be spaghetti, burgers, tacos, meatloaf, stuffed peppers and chili.  Once a week we do salads or veggie dinner.  The rest depends on the sales...steak, chops, ham etc.

This is why we meal plan too, don't have a big food budget.

Emeals

Basically you pick a plan among many options like gluten free, natural and organic, low carbs, gourmet, traditional, etc.  You also can pick based on family size.  You pick your favorite store so they can tailor your meal to sales and deals at that store.  Each week they e-mail you your meal plan complete with recipes and ingredients needed, as well as a grocery list that also shows you about how much you will be spending.  I like it because I'm lazy and now don't have to plan any of meals because they do it for me.  I also added on a breakfast and lunch plan lmao!
