**September Weight loss challenge - Who's with me??**
I have some important things coming up at the end of the month for my new business, and it is really motivating me to kick it in high gear this month on the weight loss front.
I'm going to focus on eating healthier foods and trying to find better choices when I want something sweet, like fruit. Hopefully find some recipes to do some juicing too. I want to exercise more than I do now, which is never haha. I have really fallen off that wagon since my car accident in May.
I will weigh myself the morning of September first and start from that beginning weight, and I will be posting my weight on this post and any exercising I can fit into my schedule to hold myself accountable. Feel free to join me in posting!
This is a post to keep each other accountable for our weight loss goals and getting healthier goals. There will be absolutely no judgement on this post, only positive reinforcement.

**Sept 1st posting -
Okay, so I weighed myself this morning and am 226.5 ... I was 219 before I got pregnant, and had a lot to lose then. Then had gotten down to 205 right after birth (Only gained 15 lbs when pregnant, and it was all dd + placenta cuz she was almost 10 lbs herself), but have gained all of this back in the past year :/.
I really want to lose weight before the holidays so I can feel comfortable in family pictures.
My goal for today is to fit in at least 20 minutes of some kind of exercise. I am thinking it will be a long walk around the neighborhood later on this evening.
