Hello Ladies,

My son is 6 weeks old and I have 30 lbs to lose to be back at my pre-pregnancy weight. What were some of the things you did to get the weight off. Also have any of you tried any diets like nutri-system, weight watchers, jenny craig???

Watch what you eat and how much of it you are eating. Drink LOTS of water, and as little of cokes/sugary drinks as you can.

 Breastfeeding helps. Honestly good old healthy eating and exercise is the only thing that has worked for me.

Bfing is all I needed to do to lose the weight. Other than that, I would recommend moderation in what you eat and exercise.
