No. But I love it when someone leaves one on the side walk right by my car so I don't have to carry my son to the cart corral. Maybe it's just around here but no one leaves them in parking spots or on the regular cement. Only on raised sidewalks and garden beds.

I always try to find the little cart thingy that's in the parking lot if I don't see one dh walks it back to the front of the store :-D

I will never understand why people think its ok to put it in the garden beds. It ruins the plants. Its so inconsiderate. People are terrible about it around here.

Depends on how hard it is raining and how far the corral is from the car.

I will admit I don't always return them. I put my daughter in the car first (she is five months old), and if I'm not close to the cart return I don't take take it back. But I do try to intentionally park next to the cart return so it's easier for me. We tend to do our shopping earlier in the morning so it's usually easy for me to do that.
