Something "popped" in my stomach. I actually felt it pop then that side of my stomach became numb and I had cramps. It wasnt like a baby kick it was like cracking your knuckles. :'( I can still feel my little one but I have never had this happen to me before.

Maybe baby hit a nerve. I get sharp pains sometimes and cramps that feel like contractions. As long as you still feel baby moving around and you aren't bleeding I wouldn't worry too much.

it sounds like a ligament got stretched or something. As long as the baby seems active like usual, do not worry too much.

Me either but strangely I woke up this morning and my side felt fantastic. It was very strange but my LO is kicking up a storm so I assume everything is okay. He is laying a much different way than my son so I am wondering if that has anything to do with it. I'll write it down and ask my dr because it is just so strange.
