Facebook Acceptable?

There is a girl on my facebook whom is around my age and she has a daughter that is roughly 18 months old. The other day she posted a side by side photo of her daughter naked (couldn't see below the waist) and titled it "Modeling for Mommy". I was like uh...she's naked. Modeling and naked sound strange together when it comes to children.

Does anyone else think that is just an odd post? I very rarely post photos of my 4 year old ds naked much less in his underwear. Trust me I have some good photos of him with little amounts of clothes! But I always thought Facebook was not a place for half naked children.

I will not post a picture of my daughter naked. That is a no no in my book. But if she is a cute little baby no one really thinks about that. I have pictures of  her like that on my fb (I think) But my daughter is 5 years old and I don't have any NOW pictures up there. Fb can use any picture they want so I don't put any on there anymore unless it is of myself.

Yeah I agree, that is not acceptable. I hardly post any pics at all as it is on here or on facebook for my daughter's security, there is no way I would be posting a naked one.

No way, no how, would I have my daughter model naked or post pictures of her naked on the internet. When men do it, we call it child porn.

I don't think it's appropriate at all to post pictures of that OR to say your child is adorable naked...that's just weird.

I don't have any perverts on my facebook. Nor do I see 18 month olds in a sexual way so I'm not sure why it's a no-no?

Why is that weird? I think it's weird that you think it's weird.

It was above the waist? I don't see the big deal.
