How many mommies have made their babies food from scratch themselves? I'm seriously considering doing this with this baby..

It's super easy and less expensive than jarred food, but I ended up taking a baby led solids approach with my DS. He hates being spoon fed, so I've ended up using the purees I made for him in other cooking.

I just skipped pureed foods and went to table foods when they showed interest. Just let them eat what I was eating. Super easy. Bananas, avocados, mashed potatoes, peas, etc.

I did with my kids! Jarred baby food is gross and overpriced!

I do it for my little one all the time. Its super easy with a baby bullet or mini food processor. I didnt like the idea of anything added into her food that I wouldnt want in there. She loves having the stuff we have, but just in a softer form. No teeth yet, but she will be getting chopped up food as soon as the teeth come in.
