Hi ladies. I'm new with a question

I just found out i'm pregnant with my third. I had blood work done three days ago, and my hcg level was 350. I was told I was 3 or 4 weeks. They couldn't see anything on the sono. Well I had to go to the ER today, for bad cramping. They did more bloodwork and another sono... Still couldn't see anything, but now my levels are 934. Soo my question is... When can you usually see something on the sono? Also I seen online that 934 would be about 5 weeks. If that's the case shouldn't we see something on the sono??? HELP PLEASE

I've never had a baby not show up on an ultrasound, and I found out at 5 weeks or so each time. This time, at 8 weeks, we could even tell I had recently lost her twin, so I'm no help. I'm sorry.

ive never had one not show up. they caught my third on a sono at 6 weeks some odd days with his heartbeat (with my past, they wanted to make sure it was a viable pregnancy and this was the best way to do so)

They couldn't find my daughter and I was around 5.5 weeks with her. They made me wait a week and go back in and she was perfectly fine. She was just in the far back of my uterus and hard to see. She stayed in my back my whole pregnancy too.

I went in at 4 weeks and all they had was a gestational sac. Hcg levels may be different for everybody and due dates can change. Don't stress yourself too much, it isn't healthy. Give it some time and just pray all goes well.

Wish I could help I didn't have my first sono still after the first trimster. I think. It has been 5 years old so I don't remember everything.

But I would think you would be able to see something.
