If you feel you have to "train" him then you shouldn't be with him. I will never understand why women's try to change the man they are with.

 train him to do what? go grocery shopping? or sit, shake, roll over?

If you have to do that, he isn't the right one for you.

I think that, over time, couples make small changes to work cooperatively with one another.
