Sport and going to the gym.
Cutting out chocolate

I have never really dieted but friends swear by the 5:2 diet

I pay myself every time I exercise also

jogging. I lost over 10lbs in 2 weeks in Aug, at least 5 miles at a time. I use a treadmill though so its way easy. Jogging/running outside is hot and hard!!!

I have tried the military diet briefly, it seemed to work for a bit but I wouldn't use it for long term. I am going to do a combination of that and counting calories after the New Year. My sister and I are going to lose weight together. The best way if you are trying to lose fat is to do cardio, so running, walking, jumping jacks are all cardio - anything that gets your heart beating. After you start losing some weight that way you can do other things like crunches, squats, etc to build muscle.
