Since I got 1 reply in my pregnancy group, I thought I'd post this here to see if I can get any help!
I'm having a really really hard time sleeping. I'm almost 38 weeks (on Friday), and I'm waking up at least every two hours, and it's not necessarily because I have to pee. And this morning (this is the second time this has happened) after DH left for work at 5 am, I couldn't go back to sleep. I'm exhausted, and I don't know what to do! I know it won't get much easier once the baby comes, but at least I'll be able to sleep a little bit! Does anyone have any suggestions on how to sleep better right now? I already use a body pillow, btw.

hey! i honestly think there is no solution. I think it's your body getting you ready for when the baby comes! At the end of my pregnancy i couldn't sleep either. Maybe try praying about it. Or ask your doctor if you can take Melatonin, it's an herbal sleep remedy you can pick up at WalMart, my husband uses it and it WORKS! I just don't know if you can take it while you're pregnant.

hummm I really don't have any suggestions for you I used 5 or 6 pillows (hubby thought I was goinng to end up kicking him out of bed by the time I had the baby so I could have more pillows) and I never slept good at night....I always slept much better when hubby went to work and I went back to bed....I could never sleep with him in bed with me and he always wanted to cuddle I'm like GET OFF ME lol
it's alot easier when they are born tho....atleast you can sleep for a couple hours or so inbetween getting up to feed

i agree with the above posts, there really isn't much you can do. I could never sleep at the end of all of my pregnancies. You only have a couple more weeks if that, and I know it's awful but once you have the baby you will be so exhausted you will have no trouble falling asleep inbetween feedings.
