friends

I am always trying to make friends with other mommies in my church but they don't want to be friends.  I am a 22 year old married women with a newborn son.  My husband is about to deploy to Iraq and I don't have any friends around for support when I need it.  I need to find some online but it's hard.

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR SON!!!! AND THERE IS ALSO A GROUP ON HERE FOR MOMS WITH HUSBAND IN THE MILITARY OR DEPLOYED OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.....THAT MIGHT HELP YOU TO TALK TO OTHER MOMS IN THE SAME SITUATION...GOODLUCK!!!

I know exactly how you feel. I am 28 yrs old with a 13 month old. We just moved to Texas so my dh could go to school. I have know friends here in Texas and believe me I do get lonely. I log on to Cafemom almost everyday and just talking to other mommies make me feel so much better. Also I do know how it feels to have your dh deployed. My dh went to Iraq twice. So if you need someone to talk to I am here.
