hello,
I am new to this group and I have a little bit of an issue. We have a big pack of beef stew meat in the freezer and I have no idea what to do with it. I didn't buy it. Someone who lived with us bought it so that my boyfriend could make his German dish that we all love. Well know that its just the two of us and my two sons, sometimes his daughters, we use a smaller package of chop sui meat.
So know what can I make with this beef stew meat? I know most of you are things, "umm duh make stew." Well I wish I could but my boyfriend said he doesn't really like beef stew, at least not the way his mother used to make it. Well I don't know how she made it and I don't want to waste the meat. So what else can I make besides stew?
Please any ideas would greatly help.
Thank you for reading this,
Nicole

Use a slow cooker and mix it with cream of celery soup, 1/2 can of water and dry onion soup mix. Cook it on low for 8 to 10 hours or high for 4 to 5 hours. Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes. It is a family favorite here. Hope that helps
