Brown boneless chops in a tablespoon of oil (don't have to cook completely). Whisk together 1/4 cup of each: water, ketchup, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Pour mixture over browned chops and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes. Flip chops and simmer for another 30. Remove chops from pan. Get 1/4 cup of water and whisk in 2-3 tablespoons of cornstarch or a thickening agent. Pour into pan with ketchup mixture. Whisk over medium heat until sauce thickens. Remove from heat and place chops back in pan, turning to coat.

Use a ranch packet or onion soup mix, bake 350 for 35 minutes.
