How do you insulate your home for winter?

Hi! I live in Wisconsin and we are experiencing our first cold morning...it is November, hard to believe!

I am always looking for new ways to make my home more energy-efficient, and I was wondering if the "Green Momma's" had any ideas?

I am currently replacing my living room windows and getting more energy-efficient window treatments which is making me very happy :-)

I stuff the crack under our door with a handmade stuffed santa that fits all the way along the opening.  Luckily winter doesn't last long in So. Calif., so I can put santa away along with all the Christmas packing.
