In order to reduce food waste in your fridge, simply remove couple shelves. However, make sure you will have enough space for certain amount food. By doing this, you will save money by buying less, eat fresher and stopping throwing things away.

We used to waste a lot of food.  I would go to the store about every 1 1/2 to 2 weeks, and I would buy all the vegetables and fruits we needed for that whole time.  Well, a lot of it would go bad.  So now, I stop at the grocery on my way home about 3 times a week.  So now it might go like this: I only buy broccoli, because there are still green peppers, but I won't get any cucumbers because we won't be able to eat it in time.  Also I rotate which fruit.  So we eat all the strawberries and honey dew melon before I will buy any apples or bananas.
