Thanks for this! I'm definitely on the right path, because I'm already in the process of changing my life. I've joined Planet Fitness and will have a personal trainer there to help me.

Wish I could get to the point of changing my life. I just love food too much, and all the wrong kinds. Working 40-50 hours a week doesn't help me much either as when I come home, I have to work at other things such as running my friend places so he can pick up things for his job, etc.
One day though, I will do this.
right now I am at my highest weight - even more than when I was pregnat - ( even though I had 9 lb babies )
I need to eat less - plan and simple - and chose different foods - thank you for the poster - I printed it out - and plan on posting it on my cork board in the kitchen
Just reached my goal with Weight Watchers! Now the hard part of keeping it off. I like the suggestions.
I am very sad to say I have gained another five pounds lately. I am not happy with myself.
