Birthday Card Swap buddy!! Starting with December 2009

Hi Ladies

This is a new thing we are starting for the group.

The concept is, we sign up to have a birthday buddy to swap bday cards with. In order to make sure every swap is current and the moms who signed up remember to do what they say they will, making it for those whose birthdays are the same month instead of 6 or more months apart makes more sense. That way you do not have to wait very long to send or receive.

The suggestion is for sending a card at minimum...but if between you and your birthday swap buddy you want to send other things, like coupons or even a small inexpensive or homemade gift...that is entirely up to you.

But we cannot be responsible if things do not work out so our strong suggestion is to not shell out more than $5 so just in case someone does not reciprocate like they said they would, it would not be the hugest loss. We know everyone has good intentions but not everyone always follows up and we as the Team that help to manage the group have no way to enforce anything. So please be warned and aware.

With all that said...I encourage those of you with a birthday in December to sign up. I will leave this open til Nov 20th and at that time over the weekend will match the pairs. You will then contact your birthday card swap buddy to exchange mailing information and discuss how much or what other items or coupons you want to swap.

After that sign up is done, I will post for those with a January birthday for the swap etc.

When signing up please include a name and your birthday, year is optional. Thanks.
