UGH!!!! Why is Walmart so hateful with coupons!?!?! My cashier looked scared to death of my stack. Everytime the register beeped he had to call over a CSM even when I got out the products to show him I had the correct items! It took me 25 minutes to get thru the register! I now remember why I hate that store and leave with a migraine every time I leave!!!!
it's not just wal-mart anymore either...my local Farm Fresh has a posted sign that you can only have 20 coupons per transaction - I think per day I can't remember...it's crazy but as the consumers become smarter with couponing and shopping sales - the stores are losing money. You would think they aren't because they are manufacturers coupons but *shrugs shoulders* who knows!

the stores get reimbursed the money for the coupons that are used that way they don't lose money
and also paid an additional 8 cents per coupon plus the face value! You would think they wouldn't be so freaking rude!!!!!!
Cashiers always hate dealing with coupons, which I don't understand personally. I bet some of them go shopping with coupons also, so my opinion about that is they should get over it. I won't stop using my coupons to save my family money unless it ends up banned one day which I doubt.

They don't lose money with coupons they get the money back from the manufacturer.
Yea but if they put items on sale and you have coupons for these items aren't they losing money some way? There's gotta be some money factor involved for so many stores to adopt hiddeously crazy coupon policies. I can't see no other reason why they would be so stern about coupons...it can't be so that it's easier for the cashier - what's driving their decision making??
Wow! A specific aisle for coupons? That is insane! I wish they would double them. I used some the other day there and when it beeped, she had to go through all of them again to make sure didn't have 2 of one.
I remember back in the day when you could cut off the expiration date and still get by using them.....
ha ha Thanks I've been sayin that for months they make me pull everything out and show it to them after its already bagged too while a bunch people are always waiting behind me!!!! They just want to make it hard so people give up I think.
