Shopping by coupons

Just wanted to know if anyone had any advice on how you do your grocery shipping based on coupons?  There are many times I look for coupons I have before we go shopping and it seems like I use very few for what we buy.  I guess I'm looking for your ways

 First I get the ad for that week of my grocery store, go through and circle what I want to get and then look in my coupon box for ones that may match what I circled.

Then I make a list of what I need (that's not in the ad) and then go through the coupons to find matches...sometimes lol I'll see a coupon and think oh need that or YUM and pull it !

I combine coupons with grocery items already on sale that is advertised in the circular. Always get the Sunday paper and look for the coupons.

You can also find alot online. I also will "like" products on Facebook and that's when I will get really good coupons directly from the manufacturer.
Also I will look at the ads and if there is a sale that matches with store coupons, I will then go to eBay and search for a manufacturer coupon to match. On eBay you can find coupons from all over the country not just the regional ones from the paper. If I find them early enough in the week I always get them before the sale is over.
